Aerodrome Charges
Charges for the use of aerodromes and air navigation services within the Syrian Arab Republic are established by GACA and published separately. Charges include:
- Landing fees — Based on Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW)
- Parking fees — Hourly/daily rates at designated stands
- Passenger service charges — Per departing passenger
- Navigation service charges — En-route and terminal area charges
- Ground handling — Services provided by authorized handling agents
Payment
All charges are payable in Syrian Pounds (SYP) or US Dollars (USD) at the official exchange rate. Invoices are issued by the aerodrome operator.
Specific Charge Categories

Exemptions
The following may be exempt from certain charges subject to bilateral agreements:
- State aircraft on official government business
- Aircraft in distress or engaged in search and rescue operations
- Aircraft returning to the aerodrome of departure due to technical reasons
Payment
