ATS Services
Air Traffic Services within the Damascus FIR (OSTT) are provided by GACA in accordance with ICAO Annex 11 and Doc 4444 (PANS-ATM).

SIGMET Issuance
SIGMET advisories for the Damascus FIR are issued by the Damascus Meteorological Watch Office (MWO) at OSDI. The MWO operates H24 and monitors for significant meteorological phenomena including thunderstorms, turbulence, icing, mountain waves, volcanic ash, and sandstorms.
Communication Services
AFTN, AFS, and AMHS services are available for the exchange of aeronautical messages in accordance with ICAO Annex 10.
